Business Worth Check is operated by Boss Center AI, Las Vegas, Nevada. It is an independent estimating tool; it is not a licensed appraiser, a business broker, a lender or a government agency.
When ChatGPT calls a Business Worth Check tool, it sends only the tool inputs: the industry, rough financial figures you choose to share (revenue, earnings, asking price, inventory, debt), and answers to multiple-choice questions about the business (years in business, owner involvement, customer concentration and similar). The app never asks for or receives your name, the business's name or address, contact details, tax identifiers or account numbers.
Nothing. Tool inputs are used to calculate the answer and discarded when the response is returned. The app has no database, sets no cookies and does no tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, URL) for security and abuse prevention for up to 30 days; we do not use them to identify anyone.
App results end with an optional link to our contact page. Nothing is sent to that page unless you open the link; the link carries only the industry, the estimate range, the kind of request (sell, buy or grow) and a "chatgpt" source tag. If you submit the form, we collect what you enter (typically name, email, phone, industry, state, revenue range, timeline and your message) so a business broker can contact you about your request.

We do not sell personal information. The broker who reviews your request may be compensated if you later choose to work with them; you are never obligated to.
To see or delete anything you submitted, call (702) 321-6162 or use the contact form and ask for deletion; we respond within 30 days. You can use the app without ever opening the contact link.
The app is meant for adult business owners and buyers and is not directed to children under 13.
